Jack is a boy who lives with his mother and Milky-White, their cow. When the cow can no longer give milk, Jack and his mother do not know how they will live.
This exciting tale tells what happens as Jack tries to help his mother. When a magic beanstalk grows outside his window up to the clouds, Jack’s dangerous adventure begins.
There are many different versions of this story. It comes from England. This retelling is based on the version by Joseph Jacobs.
